    Many Quebec agencies are held by owners approaching retirement with no successor in place. An agency built on twenty or thirty years of relationships doesn't close without something being lost: the clients, the staff, the licence.

    We buy these agencies. Not to break them up — to carry on what was built.

    Three scenarios

    Full sale

    You transfer the agency and move on. We take over the clients, the files in progress and, if that's your wish, the staff.

    Gradual transition

    You sell, but you stay a few months or a few years. Your clients keep their contact and the handover happens without a break.

    Client transfer

    You're closing, but you want your clients to land somewhere. We take on the book of business without taking on the structure.

    What we're looking for

    • An agency holding an OPC licence in good standing
    • A loyal client base, whatever its size
    • An owner who wants it to continue, not just to be handed a cheque

    We look at every size. A two-person agency interests us as much as a ten-person one.

    2. A picture of the agency

      Numbers, clients, contracts, staff. We sign a confidentiality agreement before you hand us anything.

    3. An offer

      The structure, the price, the timeline, and what happens to your staff.

    4. The transition

      Negotiated with you. You decide when and how your clients learn about it.

    On confidentiality

    A sale that gets out too early drives staff away and worries clients. It's the number one risk for a selling owner, and we take it seriously.
