Everything starts with a conversation. After identifying the tour that suits you, we send you a detailed proposal. A 30% deposit confirms your spot, with the balance due 60 days before departure.

Are flights included?

International flights are generally not included to give you more flexibility (loyalty points, dates, class). Internal flights during the tour are always included.

What level of physical fitness is required?

Our tours are designed for active travelers but without any particular athletic requirement. The pace is adapted: we prioritize in-depth discovery rather than rushing between sites.

Can the stay be extended before or after the tour?

Absolutely! We regularly offer extensions of a few days, whether to explore a city at your own pace or to add a unique experience to your trip.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our policy is transparent and flexible. Up to 90 days before departure, cancellation is free (excluding deposit). Between 60 and 90 days, 50% fees apply. Less than 60 days, the full amount is due.

What is FICAV?

FICAV (Travel Client Compensation Fund) is a Quebec fund that protects travelers if a licensed travel agency goes bankrupt or cannot refund a paid trip. It's a guarantee offered only by Quebec agencies held by an OPC. Voyages DARE is an OPC-licensed agency, so your payments are protected by FICAV.

You're welcome! On request, we can pair solo travelers together to share a double room and avoid the single supplement. It's a popular option, especially for women in our community. You travel alone, but you'll never be isolated.
